Chalenge
The primary objective of this project was to successfully convert online visitors into customers who would visit the physical store. To achieve this, our focus was on providing assistance to customers in understanding the ideal product to purchase from the new collection for the best possible results. Simultaneously, we aimed to enhance brand awareness and promote familiarity with our products.
Design strategy
The brand had specific objectives and targets: to convert online visitors into customers at their boutique stores. To accomplish these goals, we needed to design a seamless and user-friendly experience that guides visitors from their initial brand discovery to developing a desire to purchase a product.

Phase 1
In the first phase, the user will see the start screen on the landing page and will be invited to start the experience with a small informative text about the promotion.
Phase 2
During the experience, the user will be asked a series of questions with multiple choices for them to pick from depending on what best describes their situation.
Phase 3
The algorithm will suggest the best product based on the choices the user has provided. They can then subscribe to receive the discount coupon on the product.

Within this carousel, we have the opportunity to explore the remaining products that we have not yet discovered. Additionally, the carousel includes cards that display relevant product facts, aimed at enhancing consumer awareness.
Map locator
At the end of the experience, users can utilize the map to explore the locations of boutiques and employ an address search filter to identify the nearest ones to their current location.
