Chalenge
The platform aimed to revolutionize customer engagement by creating a fresh live approach. The challenge was to design an immersive stream that takes the live element to a new level, captivating viewers and encouraging active participation.
Through innovative features and advanced technologies, the strategy was to bridge the virtual and physical realms, creating a transformative streaming experience through various interactive elements.
Interactive design
In order to create an immersive live experience, different types of solutions were created to cater for the user’s needs and boosting their engagement with the brand or streamer during the live session.
Live shopping
This live shopping experience seamlessly integrates the brand’s e-commerce shop into the stream, providing a cohesive and uninterrupted shopping experience.
Polls & Surveys
The stream’s host can engage viewers by inviting them to participate in polls & surveys, enhancing the stream’s personalization to cater to the viewers.
Live Translation
The streaming platform offers the option to enable live translation to reach a true global audience, allowing viewers to follow the host in different languages.
Experience flow
Phase 1
Users access the Live Shopping event by their credentials or a unique the code they have previously received.
Phase 2
During the live stream, timed call-to-actions dedicated to the products appear in overlay. Viewers are also provided with the opportunity to ask questions or express their feedback by sending reactions.
Phase 3
When a product call-to-action is clicked, the screen seamlessly splits between the live stream and the brand’s e-commerce page, enabling a smooth and uninterrupted shopping experience while watching the steram.
